4. INCORRECT OR MODIFIED COORDINATES

If the package has already been shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to make any changes. If the product is returned, we will contact you to decide what to do next. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

We offer tracked shipping for every order. You can view the progress of your package directly on our "Track My Order" page accessible from the website menu. Please note that tracking information may take 3-5 days to be updated in the system.
6. ORDER NOT DELIVERED AFTER 25 DAYS
It may happen that your order takes longer than expected. Unfortunately, we do not have full control over the delivery process. Please contact us by email, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
7. RETURN POLICY
We are convinced of our products, that's why we have extended your return rights from 14 days to 20 days, so no risk! The goods must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.
8. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, you will need to send us an email including a photo or video of the item and inform us of your complaint. We will then contact you to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
9. REFUND OF GOODS
